The Institute

The main goal of the institute is the social, political and legal equality of all people with or without a different cultural background, women or men. (Vocational) education and integration of deprived people, especially people with a different cultural background, is our self-appointed mission.

We pursue this main objective in all areas of our work, covering the fields of education, migration and integration. Achieving equal opportunities for people, who are disadvantaged in the labour market, is our priority. Our target is to integrate these people in appropriate training or employment opportunities.
