MOSAIK
New ways to apprenticeship
Training for unplaced applicants via modules
Testing modular instruction
In line with the European project „JOBSTARTER CONNECT“, INBI performs the project MOSAIK.
In a pilot scheme, competency based modules are tested. They have been designed by the Federal Institute for Vocational Training, on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).They are based on valid training regulations and are segments of a total job description and it’s training contents.
Target group:
Young people, without apprenticeship who are in so called waiting loops. Repeat applicants especially in supporting measures for the disadvantaged (BVB, BaE’s and EQ) are in the focus.
Companies who want to address the looming lack of professionals and want to satisfy their needs of skilled workers and want to exploit the potential of young people who are fit for career training.
Objectives:
To ease transition into regular apprenticeship in an early stage, by giving internships a structure with modules. Crediting the acquired and certified competences should be considered.
INBI assures an optimal project work with its networking and with its qualification attendants.
We support all parties concerned and give you a relief from all administrational and organisational duties. This service of course, is provided free.
